_**Wall Street English**_, istituto leader nella formazione linguistica nel mondo con oltre 70 Centri sul territorio nazionale, per la sua sede di Pisa seleziona il profilo di

**RECEPTIONIST / STUDY ADVISOR.**

Il ruolo prevede sia tasks didattici che amministrativi. A titolo esemplificativo:

- la gestione quotidiana delle attività didattiche della Scuola, della prenotazione delle lezioni, l'accoglienza dei potenziali clienti e la gestione del centralino telefonico.
- il follow up degli studenti, lo svolgimento delle lezioni introduttive ai corsi e l'assistenza didattica durante il loro percorso di apprendimento.
- la tenuta della contabilità semplificata del Centro, l'aggiornamento della prima nota, l'emissione di fatture, la gestione dei fornitori, la gestione delle presenze del personale.

E’ richiesta **ottima conoscenza parlata e scritta della lingua inglese (livello minimo C1 comprovato da certificazione o studi specifici, verrà effettuato test di valutazione prima del colloquio)**, buona conoscenza pacchetto Office, ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative, conoscenze di contabilità di base.
