PROJECT ORDER SPECIALIST - New Compressors
**_Job Summary_**
- The Order Management Project Order Specialist is responsible for managing new completes sales orders from booking to fulfillment of all the relevant milestones and non-warranty claims that may occur. _
- The Project Order Specialist is also responsible for managing buyer’s tasks for demand booked on IRII ERP system Oracle (VIG sourcing site)._
- This is a key role to guarantee that Completes sales orders are managed in a timely and efficient manner in order to support the Company revenue attainment, cash flow execution and customer satisfaction._

**_Responsibilities_**
- _Management of Complete Compressors’ Project and standard Orders in Siebel and Oracle_
- _Backlog management, keeping dates updated and current on a daily basis_
- _Revenue/Pulse tracker management _
- _Projects’ financial reconciliation related tasks_
- _Disputes and non-warranty claims management_
- _Manage requisitions and POs to suppliers (internal and external) for demand placed on Oracle-VIG sourcing site_
**_Qualifications_**
- _Proficient in English and Italian both spoken and written, other languages are considered a plus _
- _System skills: Siebel, Oracle R12, Windchill, MS Office_
- _Understanding of Customers’ PO’s and Contractual clauses_
- _Public Relations skills_
- _Position requires full time cover_
