A Day in the Life

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Capacity strategy and analysis to support short-term and long-term business needs.
- Lead Global IBP process for Supply Planning in alignment with Commercial Team
- Drive Portfolio management including proper PIPO communications and system set up.
- Manage Global Inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment.
- Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy.
- Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed.
- Work closely with production teams to create and execute on feasible production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and or lead critical projects for the business.

**Must Have**:

- Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership

Nice to Have
- APICS, IBF or similar professional certification.
- MBA
- Financial minor in education degree
- Experience in Medical Device Industry
- Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification

**Location**: Italy, France, Germany (remote)
