**Accountant**

**Responsabilità**:

- Eseguire quotidianamente le transazioni di cassa.
- Preparare gli estratti conto bancari e i relativi registri finanziari.
- Mantenere e gestire i file della tesoreria, i registri bancari, i registri finanziari.
- Assistere e supportare il team di revisione nella verifica dei registri di tesoreria.
- Eseguire le funzioni amministrative relative ai crediti finanziari, allo sconto delle fatture e ad altri strumenti finanziari.
- Verificare e registrare le transazioni e risolvere le discrepanze tra i conti.
- Monitorare i conti e i pagamenti in entrata.
- Eseguire la verifica, la classificazione, il calcolo, la registrazione e l'invio dei dati relativi ai crediti.
- Rispondere e risolvere i problemi di fatturazione e le domande dei clienti.
- Riconciliare il registro della contabilità fornitori/ricevitori
- Assicurarsi che tutti i pagamenti siano registrati correttamente
- Preparare il dettaglio dello stato e dell'invecchiamento dei crediti
- Analizzare e valutare la solvibilità dei conti/clienti utilizzando strumenti/rapporti di gestione del rischio di credito esterni.
- Supportare gli sforzi di riscossione/le chiamate per il portafoglio crediti
- Documentare l'attività di incasso giornaliera
- Ricerca di controversie sui conti e discrepanze di fatturazione
- Identificare i crediti inesigibili o l'esposizione finanziaria
- Registrazione dei debiti CEE ed Extra-CEE

**Requisiti di istruzione ed esperienza**:

- Diploma di scuola superiore.
- Laurea triennale in contabilità, finanza o in un campo correlato.
