STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL PROJECT SPECIALIST LEADER.

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno della Disciplina Civil/Structural/Architectural e si occuperà di coordinare, sviluppare e verificare l’ingegneria di disciplina per i progetti assegnati (concept, feed e detail engineering) in conformità ai requisiti di progetto.
In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Recepire ed analizzare la documentazione contrattuale per quanto di sua competenza (specifiche, datasheet, allegati tecnici) evidenziando anomalie e criticità
- Definire e pianificare le modalità di sviluppo dell’ingegneria di disciplina in particolare definizione della lista documenti di ingegneria e definizione del programma preliminare delle attività
- Impostare basis of design, calcoli, unifilari strutture primarie e secondarie. Gestione subappalto per calcoli di dettaglio, disegni e liste materiali. Elaborazione MTO per definizione capex.
- Sviluppare il design (civile e strutture), eseguire calcoli ed elaborare la documentazione necessaria in tutte le fasi del progetto
- Gestire Weight Report
- Pianificare le attività e monitorare tempi e costi di disciplina per i progetti assegnati
- Identificare e proporre soluzioni per prevenire e/o minimizzare rischi e deviazioni
- Coordinare le attività delle risorse interne e/o esterne assegnate al progetto
- Interfacciarsi con il cliente e i fornitori per quanto di sua competenza

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile
- Almeno 8 anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturati presso società di ingegneria/EPC operanti nel settore Oil&gas, chimico, petrolchimico
- Esperienza nella gestione di subfornitori di ingegneria
- Conoscenza dei software di progettazione strutture/civile (es. TEKLA e AVEVA E3d, SACS)
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e standard nazionali e internazionali tipiche di disciplina
- Gradita esp offshore e strutture galeggianti Spiccate doti organizzative e di problem solving
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative. Propensione al lavoro in team
- Disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Si offre: contratto Tempo indeterminato, livello e retribuzione commisurati alla effettiva esperienza
