To best support our customers with their Digital Transformation Journey we have launched a new hub of talents in Bologna (Italy) to serve manufacturing clients throughout Europe.
The Avanade Manufacturing Innovation Hub (Manufacturing Center of Excellence) is open to top talent from around the world to a place where everyone can learn from each other and grow skills while collaborating on the best ideas for manufacturing clients.
For our Manufacturing innovation hub in Bologna, we are looking for IoT Technical Solution Architect.
As a Data & AI IoT Solution Technical Architect within the Europe Manufacturing Hub you will work closely with the Europe Manufacturing Hub Lead to support the Europe regions in winning deals and scaling the new Manufacturing hub capability. You will specialize insolutioning complex manufacturing digital transformation deals and providing E2E IoT& Dig Twin Technology thought leadership. You will focus on contributing to the Value Chain / Manufacturing Data and AI offering solutions using Microsoft Azure PaaS services leveraging best practices and proven patterns to ensure that clients technical investments yield desired business outcomes.
Within a Highly Collaborative Environment you will:
Approach every initiative with a #OneAvanade global mindset
Partner with external clients, leaders across our business, and architecture teams to support the definition of technology and architecture blueprints, devise implementation roadmaps to achieve successful business outcomes
Partner with a team of business leaders, technical, and sales experts to determine the strategy for offering identification and investment opportunities and provide inputs for strategic changes to the portfolio in response to business needs with a goal of helping our clients achieve cutting edge innovation in their digital portfolios and bring positive ROIs to their client base
Partner across our technical and sales teams, regions, innovation studios, and with our marquisindustry partners (Accenture & Microsoft) to support regional sales and delivery teams through the full lifecycle of solution development, execution, sales, and delivery
Collaborate closely with Microsoft as a technical point-of-contact and understand the partner solution technology

Your Skills and Experience include:
Demonstrated experience helping clients amplify their existing data and analytic platforms by implementing state-of-the-art, best-in-breed data platform, IoT architectures, AI and Machine Learning models.
Build expertise on Azure dig twin
Knowledge of several of the most widely adopted IoT verticals (Connected Fleet, Connected Factory, Intelligent Supply Chain, Connected Worker)
Deep expertise in complex lambda architecture, serverless computing, enterprise integration, API management, cloud-to-device and device-to-cloud communication
