Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

You will be responsible to steer Testing Activities and Attributes development in accordance and fulfilment of the stated dates of releases, development costs, within the overall project timetable and achieving specific project performance target setting.

Your main activities will be:

- Steering Chassis / Vehicle Dynamics Attributes target setting definition
- Steering Testing and Application activities to fulfil project target setting
- Steering the activities of resources in charge of Vehicle Dynamics Testing
- Project Requirements and Performance target definition together with Engineering Coordinators and Component/System Suppliers
- Project Development plan definition with Engineering Coordinators and Component/System Supplier
- Ensuring complete report and tracking (OBJ/SBJ) of Project development process and Performance evolution
- Ensuring lesson learned and robustness of development procedures within the entire perimeter in your responsibility
- Responsibility to report and escalate to coordinator of the unit in case of need
- Participating to regular meeting for updates with VW group companies
- Analysing and finding solutions for the issues that can come from the field in accordance with other company departments

**About you**
- University Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in Vehicle development & Testing in Automotive OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
- Knowledge of Vehicle dynamics
- Deep Knowledge MATLAB/Simulink suite for data analysis and signal processing
- OBJ Testing for Vehicle Dynamics
- SBJ Vehicle Dynamics Assessment
- Driving Skills (hi-mu / lo-mu)
- Project management
- Standard IT skills (Office)
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Teamwork, also in the context of international teams
- Flexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)
