For our client - a WW Luxury-Goods industry - for its Industrial Plant based on Tuscany - Florence, We are searching a new position of:
**Posizione**:
**HRIS Assistant Project Manager** for italian payroll budget process

to join and support the HR and IT organization while providing oversight on projects

HRIS assistant Project Manager's responsibilities include coordinating the roll out of our CORE HR project on 3 different subsidiaries (Production & retail) linked with HQ.

The role will also be in charge to assist local teams on other different HRIS topics (Roll out of budget tools, analytics, Payrolling process issues)

He/She will be working along with technical developers, local IT teams and the HR (Payrolling, Finance ad HR)

The position is based in Florence.

Occasional business trip can be required to Milan to assist and support the retail team.

**Overall Responsibilities**
- Main task: Project Management, System Management,
- Support and coordinate local team on Core HR roll out
- Keep track of and report on project progress
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Global Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
- Perform other duties assigned by the Global Project Manager orderly and efficiently
- Supervise and implement projects linked with HR and IT
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical functions

**Requisiti**:
**Skills and qualifications**:
***

Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, university) and a minimum of 3-5 years in HRIS project management.
- HRIS, CORE HR, HR Project
- Experience with project management software (SuccessFactors SAP is a preference)
- **Knowledge on Italian payroll and payroll budget processes**:

- Project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- **English Fluent
