**Job description**:

- We are looking for brilliant and talented analog designers, to join our team and
- consolidate ST leadership in the automotive field.
- Working in SPS macro-division in ST you will face new challenges in the main- braking, stability/traction/transmission control up to newest battery management
- systems.- divisional functions, Technology RnD, CAD RnD and daily contact with the primary
- world-level customers; he will challenge is creativity in contributing to innovation,
- keeping focus to achieve the unique level of robustness, quality and compliance with
- ISO26262 Fusa development required by the automotive market.
- In the new role you will:
- Contribute to design feasibility analysis
- Contribute to design specification definition
- Contribute/Lead to device architecture definition
- Design complex analog/mixed circuits according to existing methodology
- Drive/support the layout execution
- Evaluate and debug engineering samples
- Lead DFT and Test Spec definition
- Support industrialization phase (product engineering, quality & reliability)
- Produce project documentation and reporting, internal and toward customers
- Support risk assessment and ISO26262 safety documentation through

FMEA/FMEDA/Safety concept contirbution

**Profile**:

- Requested skills:
- Strong team spirit, teamwork capability, communication skills and flexibility are

mandatory factors- Master Sc degree in Semiconductor, Electronics Engineering area
- Good knowledge in analog basic building blocks (band-gap, current reference,

oscillators, op-amp, basic a2d)- Good Knowledge of power electronics with main focus on power supplies and a2d interfaces
- Fluent written/spoken English mandatory

In addition to basic skills the following items are considered as a plus:
- Experience in mixed signal design and verification skills
- Experience in analog/mixed signal IC design EDA tools (Cadence/Mentor suites)
- Knowledge of modeling techniques & languages (Simulink, VHDL-AMS, SV-Real)
