Il nostro Cliente è una primaria realtà italiana, PMI operante nella progettazione e realizzazione di tecnologie e soluzioni per il mondo metallurgico - in particolare in ambito termico con focus sui trattamenti di alluminio ed acciai - con riconosciuta qualità ed affidabilità técnica a livello mondiale.

Nell’ottica di potenziamento del proprio Team, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/a Product Technical Leader.

**Posizione**:

- Determinare, congiuntamente con gli altri stakeholder interni ed esterni, i requisiti dei vari progetti sia in fase di acquisizione che di delivery, congiuntamente con la supervisione delle attività di Sviluppo Tecnologico, Innovazione e Project Management del Team;
- Monitorare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi giornalieri, settimanali e mensili, garantendo che i progetti siano completati secondo gli standard e le deadline definite;
- Identificazione dei rischi tecnico-progettuali collegati alle varie commesse assegnate;
- Restare costantemente aggiornato sulle tematiche tecniche del settore (termoregolazione), contribuendo alla formazione del resto del Team;
- Essere trasparente e chiaro con il resto del team su sfide, fallimenti e successi;
- Elaborare la reportistica richiesta, sia técnica che connessa allo stato avanzamento lavori/commesse.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o equivalente livello formativo ed accademico;
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza - come Tecnico o Progettista - in ambito Trattamenti Termici, Termoregolazione, Impiantistica industriale;
- Comprovata competenza ed esperienza nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche di settore;
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sia parlata che scritta;
- Proattività, volontà di lavorare in team e con esso raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali.
