**Posizione**:
La figura, riportando all’Industrial & Supply Chain Director e gestendo un collaboratore, si occuperà delle attività di seguito brevemente illustrate: animare la cultura del World Class Manufacturing all'interno dello Stabilimento e diffondere la conoscenza degli strumenti e dei metodi di miglioramento in maniera sempre più capillare, così da promuovere il coinvolgimento sempre più ampio di tutti; supportare i diversi Pilastri (Industrial Efficiency, Quality & Process Control, Customer Focus & Service, ecc) nelle loro attività e coordinare quelle comuni (loss identification, organization, people involvement, monitoraggio della single agenda, ecc.) favorire il raggiungimento dei risultati del business lanciando e conducendo progetti di miglioramento portati avanti da team interfunzionali; contribuire alla digital trasformation della Società; collaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali all’elaborazione delle procedure gestionali, di quelle operative e, più in generale, della documentazione di Sistema, in accordo con la norma IATF 16949:2016; preparare e coordinare gli audit interni ed esterni inerenti il sistema integrato WCM e Qualità IATF 16949:2016. La possibilità di relazionarsi con le diverse specializzazioni aziendali (Produzione, Qualità, Logistica, Manutenzione, Risorse Umane, Sicurezza ed Ambiente, Industrializzazione, Acquisti, Commerciale) e di confrontarsi con colleghi del Gruppo che operano nel resto d’Europa e del Mondo, offre a chi ricopre questa posizione occasioni di apprendimento multidisciplinare e crescita. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Conoscenza della lingua inglese Qualche anno di esperienza all’interno di realtà industriale strutturate ed organizzate in ottica di Lean Manufacturing. Completano il profilo: curiosità, spirito di osservazione e senso critico, attitudine al lavoro in team, orientamento al risultato e capacità organizzative.

**Requisiti**:
laurea in ingegneria, conoscenza lingua inglese, esperienza di qualche anno in realtà strutturate e organizzate in ottica di lean manufacturing
