Atomic is an Amer Sports brand employing 750 people globally. This role will be based in Lancenigo (Treviso), Italy.**

**MARKETING MANAGER ATOMIC ITALY (M/F)**

**In this influential and challenging role, you will hold an important position in the Atomic organization, adding value to, and developing, the local Atomic Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced, structured, innovative, and pro-active Marketing Manager who’s able to lead and inspire a team across the Italian market.**

**TASKS AND RESPOSIBILITIES**
- Lead and develop the local Atomic Marketing team
- Create and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy
- Plan and activate omnichannel campaigns
- Own and track the local budget, according to guidelines
- Develop the local Atomic Ambassador/Influencer strategy together with your team and peers across EMEA
- Set and execute the event plan covering the Alpine and Backcountry Touring category
- Own and deliver marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time
- Report, track, and act on key marketing KPIs
- Plan and create joint marketing plans for our business and cooperation partners
- Define local market needs to Regional Head of Marketing EMEA
- Act as an effective partner for local commercial teams

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

The Marketing Manager ATOMIC Italy is responsible for managing and locally implementing the marketing activities based on the global brand marketing strategy. The role involves planning and executing the local omnichannel marketing plan in conjunction with local marketing and commercial teams.

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**
- Demonstrable leadership and people management skills
- Significant marketing planning and campaign management experience
- The ability to build effective relationships and deal with multiple stakeholders
- A strong sense of team spirit and a very proactive work attitude
- Extensive digital marketing experience
- The ability to illustrate extensive marketing know-how / data analysis
- Good knowledge of MS Of fice, Adobe Creative Tools and usage of CRM systems (Sales

Portal, B2B)
- Enthusiasm for outdoor (winter) sports
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel

**NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 4-5 years relevant marketing experience
- Experience in sports industry - specifically in ski industry is a clear plus
- Outstanding track record in developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns
