Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world’s first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it
- Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ. Here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, created to design, buy and send to manufacturing any type of building withcomplete design freedom. **Your role**:
For the empowerment of our HR Team we are looking for a
**Campus Recruiter.**

**Reports to**: Head of People.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build and leverage key University relationships to include career center partners, key faculty, and student organizations
- Manage relationships with a high volume of internal stakeholders to include hiring managers, people business partners, business leads and various centers of excellence to effectively source, hire, place and retain early talent through onboarding
- Represent and promote Zuru Tech as an employer of choice via social media marketing, conferences, panel discussions, virtual outreach, presentations, and information sessions
- Collaboratively partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful and productive experiences for early career talents
- Track and provide reports; proactively identify trends to strategically address gaps via programmatic interventions

Degree in humanities or Master
- Ability to think outside the box, to find alternative solutions, to experiment and to constantly improve
- Empathy, excellent interpersonal and dialectic skills, initiative and enthusiasm
- Solid organizational skills and eye to detail. Ability to prioritize among multiple priorities
- Proactive, confident, motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong focus on goals, proactivity and hunger for talent

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

**We offer**:
36-42K according to track record and experiences. In addiction: annual salary bonus and salary review
- ️Flex Time: every day you have freedom to decide how many hours to work (maximum 40h/week). We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00am, the rest of the day is up to you
