Overview:
To guarantee the health and safety of the working environment in which it deals in compliance with current regulations and constantly monitoring updates.
**Responsibilities**:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES:
To manage the safety and environmental management system within the establishment and the adoption of the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/08 and Legislative Decree 152/06 with the support of its manager.
Manage the process of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions
Plan and carry out process audits to ensure that they are carried out in compliance with the procedures of the safety management system and corporate environment
Carry out checks in accordance with art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/08 of suppliers
Guarantee the relationship with the certification bodies, proposing and implementing actions to improve business processes
Provide assistance to the various corporate services to ensure that the performance of the activities complies with the requirements established by the safety andenvironmental management system
Check the suitability of the equipment, machines and PPE used
Do and organize specific training courses
Propose initiatives to improve the company's safety and environmental standards and for new techniques and / or technologies available on the market.
Collaborate in preparing and implementing the manual, the procedures, the operating instructions of the safety and environmental management system
Keep the service manager informed about the main activities and operational problems as well as identify improvement proposals for the performance of their work
Manage emergency situations
Management of environmental activities
Organization of medical visits management
Report any dangerous situations
Qualifications:

University degree on Environment
**Experience**:
5 years experience
Team-working oriented
Good English even if not fully fluent
Soft skills:
hands-on person, tenacious, able to work in a team and open relationships
