**Purpose of Position**:
The Consolidation Specialist will lead and oversee the day-to-day finance and administrative activities of IRCA Group based in Gallarate, Italy and European entities current and any future ones. The top priority of this role is the preparation of the consolidated accounts of the Group on a monthly basis.
**Description of main Activities /responsibilities**:
- Intercompany reconciliation process investigating and solving mismatch with intragroup counterparts.
- Perform IFRS adjustments to local reporting packages to comply with Group accounting policies and on top consolidation adjustments.
- Monitor actual financial metrics, analyzing deviation from budget and forecast.
- Preparation of the consolidated accounts.
- Work proactively with the business to understand future financial information needs and produce efficient solutions to meet these needs.
- Collaboration in preparation of the group disclosures according to IFRS
- Creation of adjustment or consolidation entries
- Monthly financial reporting - engage with the ultimate parent company and all the subsidiaries of the Group to ensure that International monthly reporting package is on time and accurate.
- Support preparation of the presentations to IRCA Group Board of Directors
