Responsabilità:
Il/la Sales Associate, riportando all* Store Manager, e in base alle linee guida aziendali, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Assistere i/le nostr* Clienti, soddisfando le loro esigenze e garantendo loro un’eccellente Customer Experience;
- Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
- Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising.
- Contribuire a creare ad un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

Qualifiche:

- Buone capacità comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i/le Clienti e garantire loro un’eccellente Customer Experience;
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
- Approccio curioso e proattivo;
- Buone capacità di problem solving;
- Flessibilità e disponibilità al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
- Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99).
