Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an **Ad Personam Design Expert **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Ad Personam **and functionally to the** Head of Interior Design**.**

You will be responsible for supporting Ad Personam designers in the development of CMF (Colour, Material & Finishing) offer and the aspects related to design realization of Ad Personam projects.

Your main activities will be:

- Leading the Ad Personam SET Interactions providing operative and management action following the defined SET structure
- Managing test samples and prototypes related to CMF offer, supporting Ad Personam designers in the development of design contents
- Managing and satisfy customers' requests related to sketches, drawings and renderings in collaboration with the Ad Personam designers
- In charge of the design development and realization of Ad Personam projects (with focus on contents):

- Producing CMF options alternatives by considering impacts on overall design idea;
- Developing Ad Personam proposals from concept to design freeze/production;
- Research of right trade-off between functional targets, markets trends and brand strategy (considering technical constraint, technical requirements, materials and costs);
- In charge of running feasibility analysis related to design of customers' requests
- Management of RdA for materials and services regarding definition, prototyping and development of design contents for Ad Personam projects (with focus on contents)

**About you**
- University Degree in Design
- At least 4 years’ experience in Automotive/Luxury companies in design, CMF and customization roles
- CMF benchmark and market trend
- Very Good product knowledge
- Development and Production processes
- Experience in Automotive field
- Knowledge of V-RED, Keyshot, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office suite are mandatory
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Self confidence
- Analysis and problem solving
- Teamwork and good relational skills
- High level of experience in steering project in term of:

- Complexity management
- Good standing and presentation skills
- Time and cost management & Prioritization
- Good level of independency
