**Mission**:
THE ROLE

The Inventory Planning Coordinator ( Sales Operation Inventory Planning Coordinator) is in charge of leading and facilitating the supply stock processes according to the balancing demand.

He/She is responsible for coordinating the different players who contribute to this process and ensures that the actions are executed by guaranteeing data consistency.

**Profil**:
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze past sales data and build the BU's demand plan in collaboration with marketing and sales;
- Deploy the deliverables of the S&OP (demand, internal capacity, external load, stocks) to the entities concerned (sales, industry, logistics, purchasing...) and control the S&OP dashboard of scope;
- Supervise, manage and coordinate the resources of the cross-functional SCM teams (PFEP analyst (Plan For Every Part) and customer forecast assistant) of the site and participate in the development of their skills;
- Liaise with marketing in order to manage and implement the review processes, challenge proposals by conducting quarterly reviews of past sales.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree (Engineering/Management) ;
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English);
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
- A ''Team-Player'' attitude.
