In qualità di Procurement Manager dovrai implementare le strategie di sourcing all'interno della funzione Group Procurement di Sky, che opera in tutto il Gruppo Sky e lavora a stretto contatto con Comcast e NBCU. Il ruolo si concentrerà su diverse categorie (licenze di software e contenuti, broadcast, infrastrutture e produzione) con un focus iniziale su Sky Italia.

Si tratta di un ruolo da contributore individuale, che interagisce con le funzioni aziendali per implementare le attività strategiche e di business as usual, tra cui varie aree di prodotto e tecnologiche, finance e legal.

Questa posizione riporterà al Procurement Head of Production del Gruppo Sky.

Principali responsabilità del ruolo:

- Collaborare e riferire all'Enterprise Procurement Head of Production per raggiungere gli obiettivi del Group Procurement in tutto il Gruppo Sky, Comcast e NBCU, con un focus iniziale su Sky IT
- Gestire le trattative all'interno delle categorie Production, Broadcast e Infrastruttura e Software influenzando la strategia con gli stakeholder
- Mantenere i rapporti con gli stakeholder, con una comunicazione regolare e appropriata, assicurando una chiara comprensione e un allineamento tra i loro piani strategici di produzione e la direzione del Procurement. Identificare le opportunità di risparmio
- Contribuire a gestire un ecosistema di fornitori strategici per ottenere partnership ottimali e ottenere risultati tangibili
- Supportare nella mitigazione dei rischi associati al mercato attuale
- Realizzare gli obiettivi di risparmio definiti e i programmi di trasformazione dei costi in tutte le categorie di spesa gestite, sfruttando le opportunità di sinergia in tutta l'organizzazione con un approccio vigoroso al total cost of ownership. Lavorare a stretto contatto e in modo proattivo con il business per identificare nuove opportunità di risparmio ed efficienza nella spesa gestita
- Essere in grado di valutare tutte le opzioni in base a tutti i fattori rilevanti, ad esempio tecnici, commerciali, logistici, di rischio, ecc. e consigliare l'opzione migliore all'azienda
- Guidare una reportistica standardizzata e centralizzata (ad esempio, prezzi, volumi, spese, risparmi, contratti, revisioni trimestrali del business, ecc.)
- Essere in grado di costruire, mantenere e influenzare le relazioni con gli stakeholder senior, garantendo un chiaro allineamento tra i piani strategici aziendali e la direzione del Procurement
- Essere in grado di lavorare a stretto contatto con i colleghi del procurement e del business in tutto il Gruppo (i membri del team sono attualmente in UK, US, DE, India e ITA)

Requisiti richiesti:

- Pensiero analitico: capacità di svolgere in modo indipendente analisi complesse e di costruire modelli commerciali per ottenere un effetto leva basato sui dati nelle trattative
- Pensiero creativo: inclinazione naturale a valutare e mettere in discussione le pratiche di business-as-usual con una mentalità aperta, "sempre in apprendimento" e proattiva, informata da una profonda comprensione dei fattori e delle sfide nel panorama delle infrastrutture
- Capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente
- Capacità di gestione delle relazioni: capacità di collaborare con gli altri e di costruire relazioni tra più unità aziendali in aree geografiche internazionali
- Comunicazione: efficaci capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale

Esperienza:

- L'esperienza nel settore degli appalti è considerata un plus
- L'esperienza in produzione, broadcast e infrastrutture o software è considerata un plus
- Buona conoscenza di MS Excel e PowerPoint
- Inglese scritto e parlato, fluente
