RINA is currently recruiting for **Site Construction Quality Manager**

**Location**:Castelvetrano, Sicily

**Starting date**: March 2023

**Main description**:
Main objective of the Site Construction Quality Manager is to lead and coordinate all the actions regarding quality in the construction site with the implementation of internal and external quality processes ensuring the quality of the works performed.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Responsible of Quality of the site construction activities of the projects under construction phase.
- Supervise and ensure the implementation and achievement of the Quality Inspections Plan included in the EPC/BOS Contract with the Main Contractor and /or subcontractors.
- Supervise the quality of the execution of all the site activities of the work through inspections in the different control points defined in the ITP’s (mainly Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines).
- Supervise the quality of the handling, installation and commissioning of all the equipment to be part of the PV project, ensuring the fulfillment of the instructions of manufacturers and the execution of the Site Acceptance Tests.
- Ensure that the projects comply with the requirements of the Certified Quality Standards, as well as other related quality systems.
- Involve the Site Management team in the correct implementation of the Quality Plan by opening and managing No Conformities if any discrepancies with vendor installations manuals and the IFC drawings.
- Management of the NCs file together with Project management team and keep it updated in Corporate Document Management tool.
- Review and Approval of the Quality Documentation issued by the Main Contractor through the Client’s Document Management System.
- Support and participate in preparation/update of Corporate Quality procedures, protocols and develop potential improvements.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar.
- 5 years’ experience as Site Construction Quality Manager in the energy sector (experience in Photovoltaic will be considered a plus).
- Knowledge of Quality standards and Integrated Management Systems.
- Experience with ISO 9001,14001 and 45001.
- Valuable experience in coordinating quality teams located on site.
- Knowledge on Document Management Systems, mainly Alfresco, is valuable.
- Person oriented to objectives and continuous improvement with proactivity.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Spanish speaker is valuable.
