**Role Description**:
As a Guild Manager at Illuvium, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing our community of players. You will be responsible for guild onboarding and management, strategic planning, and facilitating player engagement and growth.

**About Illuvium**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential new guilds to introduce them to Illuvium and onboard them into our gaming ecosystem.
- Create compelling campaigns and materials to attract new guilds.
- Develop and grow the Illuvium guild community by ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Engage with guild members regularly to maintain a strong sense of community and belonging.
- Develop and implement strategies for in-game activities, events, and competitions to keep the guilds competitive and engaged.
- Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and highlight successes.
- Collect feedback from guild members regarding their gaming experience.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with other guilds, influencers, and stakeholders within the Web3 gaming community.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guild members and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams or communities, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the play-to-earn model in gaming.
- Passion for gaming with extensive experience in playing and understanding online multiplayer games.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.
