The Sales Planning Department is your ship's bridge to success in the Costa italian market. With collaboration at its core, the team aligns sales planning across various functions, ensuring precise target settings and resource allocation. **How you’ll live your ambition**:
From our offices in Genoa, as a Sales Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and commercial activities across the italian market. Collaborating with our Sales team and key functions, you'll be the driving force behind sales planning.
- Demonstrate your passion_
- You'll shape our sales strategy. Starting from insights and data analysis, you'll contribute to accurately mapping out the forecast and actions to be taken across various sales channels and trade key accounts.
- By analyzing quarterly sales targets for the italian markets, you will assess patterns, risks, and opportunities to ensure the course is on the right track.
- Thanks to your analytical prowess, you will skillfully allocate the Trade A&P Budget to the italian market every quarter. Your expertise will help ensure that resources are distributed wisely for maximum impact, much like a navigator charts the most efficient route.
- You'll have the chance to enhance your analytical skills by translating them into Trade Activation Plans and Marketing initiatives through collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Get things right_
- You'll be the beacon of the italian market, designing and proposing Key Account Planning, commission modeling, and incentive strategy. Moreover, you’ll daily engage with several stakeholders and teams as revenue management, consumer marketing, direct sales.
- As architect of our Market Expansion, contributing to the implementation of Market Segmentation, Service Model, and Sales Force Portfolio optimization for the italian market.

- Your expertise will illuminate the path for confident decision-making. Assist marketing and sales leadership with insightful analysis to confidently and reach new significant milestones.

**What makes you unique**
- You have had brief previous experience with analytical and business skills, possibly in international settings where you managed sales activities, sales planning, business planning, business intelligence, or budgeting.
- An academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Management Engineering has been your starting point.
- Your entrepreneurial spirit strengthens relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Every day, you contribute to empowering excellence through data-driven approach and analytical mindset.
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, fluent English, key tools to improve your collaboration with different stakeholders
