Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted/strategic advisor to each client to help drive continued value of our products and services
- Simultaneously manage multiple customers who are at different points on the customer lifecycle
- Build relationships by proactively calling customers on a biannual basis
- Oversee data quality in CRM
- Ensure the department’s KPIs are met (revenue, service, B2B customer satisfaction)
- Identify business and revenue potential of each customer
- Liaison with accounts and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Verify that negotiated rates are valid and follow up when rates will be renegotiated
- Implement customers in internal systems so they can properly book rentals with negotiated rates
- Understand the competition in each local market to promote Sixt positively

**About you**:

- 1+ years of customer facing B2B Enterprise experience, ideally in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Consulting
- Ability to quickly understand our customers' needs, take ownership, develop and execute a strategy with the team that positively transforms their business
- Proven ability to understand business requirements, markets, and customers
- Driven and self-motivated to accomplish objectives
- Ideal background in achieving and working towards targets
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
