Role Mission

Gucci GRADE, our Gucci retail graduate program, is the fast track to your shining career in Fashion Retail Management and become a Team Manager. We welcome curious, creative and unique graduates, who live with a sense of wonder, are inspired by and wish to inspire and empower others. Individuals who seek out adventure and see their future in the fast-paced world of luxury fashion.
- How does it work?_
For 24 months, you’ll join the EMEA Edition of the GRADE program. You’ll learn what it takes to be a Team Manager and lead the teams in our renowned stores. All of this while learning about the complete store environment. From the world of visual merchandising and operations to client engagement and retail performance, you’ll also have access to tailored development programs offered by the Gucci Global Retail Academy. All of this while travelling within Europe’s capitals to iconic destinations. The Gucci Graders will be the best in class and you will have the chance to build valuable relationships and networks.

As a GUCCI Team Manager, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer centric attitude.

You will lead from the shop floor, delivering real time coaching and feedback to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.

You will be an ambassador of the brand, promoting our Values in each and every interaction.
- Have graduated within the last 2 years
- Are willing to relocate internationally
- Have achieved excellent Academic results at a distinction level
- Can speak English fluently - an additional language is also advantageous
- Possess a true passion for a career in Retail management
- Are an excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Have extracurricular leadership experience
- Are adaptable to change
- Are organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and follow through on commitments
- Ideally have some work/internship experience in a customer facing role
