**As Smart Home - Junior Product Manager,** you are expected to work in highly innovative and dynamic environment supporting the **growth of Ariston Net App** by managing the following activities:

- understand and validate customers’ needs monitoring competitors, smart home/IoT market and digital trends leveraging personal curiosity and structured intelligence activities.
- define UX requirements for new services features cooperating with R&D to translate them into valuable products/services.
- manage the existing services portfolio with a continuous improvement mind-set leveraging data analytics and customers’ insights.
- work with national and regional marketing teams to support new launches through training material, web site, leaflets, catalogues, videos, etc.
- measure service performance monitoring defined KPIs.

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s Degree Management Engineering; academic path including exams in Digital Business Innovation and/or User Experience Design is considered a plus.
- Interest in smart home and digital home management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
