Main responsibilities Supervises the day-to-day activities of SAPSF HR information system;
Collaborates with the HRBP/HRM on any organizational related topic within the company to ensure that the current organizational structure is updated in SAPSF;
Collaborates with HRBP/HRM/ Head of Global Salary Administration - Senior Director in evaluating positions to determine appropriate job classification, title, and grades;
Represents the reference person for all questions and issues regarding the E-Learning tool;
Maintain data integrity in SAPSF, by regularly analyzing data as per directives provided by HR Department;
Ensures in cooperation with the Information Technology (IT) department, that SAPSF and additional systems/modules are upgraded;
Ensures that the HR Projects key milestones are identied and properly communicated to the Head of Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of HR Business Partnering & Global Development Senior Director;
Cooperates with HR department and external providers (e.g HORSA) to ensure the implementation and delivery of key project milestones within budget, resources and policy;
Guaranties clearly and concisely reporting of key people data to HR department;
Identifies risks and/or opportunities and recommends necessary process changes for the improvement and deliveryof HR services to the organization;
Hiring and termination processes management in SAPSF, Service Now (SOP) as per directives of HRM (Domp Albania);
Ensures on time updating of HR administrative data as per directives of HRM (change of job title, grades, JD, CDC etc);
Maintains personnel confidentiality at all times;
Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities.
Requirements Bachelors degree in BA/Economics, Information Technology, Human Resource Management
3-5 years of experience in HR department required or equivalent work experience;
Computer skills:
MS Office;
Previous experience with SAP Success Factors would be a plus;
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information;
Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives;
Strong planning and project management skills;
Data reporting/presentation skills;
Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business;
Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions;
Fluency in Italian and English
