The challenge

Supporting the Finance department headquartered in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for a Financial Planning & Control analyst to join our FP&A team, with

the aim to concretely support the Management in critical business decisions.

What you will do

Main activities:

- Analyse current and past years’ trends and provide meaningful insights on the key performance indicators
- Investigate deviations between actual results and outlook scenarios (forecast, budget) and provide supporting evidence with ad-hoc analyses
- Monitor and manage the continued development of the financial planning tools, being primary responsible for the Management Accounts accuracy
- Prepare a detailed pack of information, accompanying Management discussions with stakeholders during the business reviews
- Provide support to other functions for the development of financial models / business cases aimed at pushing strategic initiatives

What you need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience dealing with financial analyses and planning activities. Previous experiences in both multi-national, complex organizations or consultancy firms (Transaction Services particularly) will be taken into account
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is a must. In-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence, Planning and ERP systems is preferred (Oracle HFM, Oracle PBCS)
- Proficiency (both written and spoken) in Italian and English is a must
- Good knowledge about accounting and finance matters is required
