**PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)**

La risorsa assume il ruolo di Program Management Office (PMO) per il coordinamento ed il controllo dei progetti relativi alla transizione digitale, allo sviluppo e implementazione della strategia di sostenibilità e alle attività relative ai processi di acquisizione e formazione delle risorse per il fabbisogno triennale del personale.

In Staff all’ Amministratore Unico guida i processi e i progetti aziendali per la digitalizzazione e transizione digitale.

La risorsa dovrà:

- Garantire un’attività di monitoraggio globale, in particolar modo nella gestione di tutto quanto riguarda i progetti strategici aziendali;
- assicurare le attività di garanzia affinché i processi di governance e controllo interno dell’azienda funzionino nel miglior modo possibile, raggiungendo i risultati e gli obiettivi nella maniera più efficace.
- Garantire operativamente la trasformazione digitale della società coordinandola nello sviluppo dei servizi tipici dell’azienda e nell’adozione di modelli di relazione trasparenti/aperti con gli utenti.
- Sviluppare un piano di digitalizzazione attraverso propedeutiche attività di Assessment Organizzativi (AS IS - TO BE), tenendo conto degli obietti strategici, tempi e budget, indicati dal top management aziendale
- Avrà la responsabilità di identificare e coordinare il processo di innovazione e gestione del cambiamento e identificherà le strategie e opportunità di business.

**Si richiede**:

- Competenze manageriali / organizzative e informatiche, preferibilmente conoscenze del settore dell'igiene ambientale
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, con almeno 15 anni di esperienza lavorativa ed almeno 10 anni nel ruolo di Project/Program Management
- Capacità di lavorare in team, visione strategica dell’azienda, leadership, team building, consapevolezza digitale, orientamento al risultato e flessibilità al cambiamento
