We are a multifunctional space in the centre of Milan, close to Porta Romana and Crocetta metro stations. The complex comprises a HOSTEL, a BAR, a COWORKING, a COLIVING for international university students and a VENUE for small events and private parties. Designed for leisure guests, students, digital nomads and everyone in between, our mission is to bring people together, making them connect, share and collaborate.

Everything is packed with a very friendly, vibrant and international atmosphere given mainly by our passionate staff that is always willing to connect with the guests and clients, have good talks and make everyone feel at home.

For the position, we are looking for a professional with a proactive attitude who follows our calendar and daily tasks discussed in advance. The professional will be responsible for cleaning our student accommodation and help and supervise our housekeeping team. Speak English is mandatory our housekeeping team, are made up of people from all over the world. So, it is essential that the Cleaner can have good communication with them.

The Cleaner will be working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. So, more than experience, we are looking for a person with an ATTITUDE and mindset that matches ours.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Clean student accommodation accordig to monthly schedule
- Help and Supervise the Hostel Housekeeping
- Perform Deep Cleans according to monthly calendar
- Conduct training for our housekeeping team when is necessary
- Know how to delegate tasks to the team following the manager’s indications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English
- Italian are an important plus
- A minimum of experience working with cleaning or similar is a plus
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to supervise a team and assign tasks
- Excellent communication skills

Friendly, talkative, outgoing and dynamic character.

**Immediate start**
- From 20 to 40 years old
- Full time (5 days a week), day shifts
- Need availability to work on holidays
- Start with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transformation into a permanent contract
- 1.390€/month + 13ª + 14ª

**Salary**: €1,390.00 per month
