Luxaviation San Marino* is looking a highly organized **Operations Assistant** with excellent verbal and written communication skills to perform variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

**Main Responsibilities & Duties**

Provide administrative support to managers and staff to ensure efficient operation of the Luxaviation San Marino office
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports and meetings
- Assist in various other areas such as flight operations, crew training, compliance and safety department.

**Qualification & Skills**
- ** **High School or equivalent relevant education
- English and Italian are mandatory. Any other language is considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package & other softwares
- Must possess strong planning and organizational skills
- Team worker, proactive, discrete and attentive to details
- Aeronautical education is preferred

**Experience**

A minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Prior experience in (business) aviation and knowledge is aviation regulations is an advantage
