Ricerchiamo per importante azienda una figura come PRODUCTION PLANNER JUNIOR.
L’azienda presso la quale verrà inserita la risorsa è leader nel mercato sulla sua divisione produttiva:
fornisce una vasta gamma di prodotti legati all’igiene della casa e personale.
I REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Il ruolo deve monitorare e prevedere i costi di produzione, tempi e metodi, procedere a misurazione con indicatori di processo, definire i piani di produzione a breve e medio periodo e organizzare il flusso produttivo. Si tratta, in sostanza, di fare una previsione delle quantità e della tipologia di prodotti da realizzare e, in base ad essa, organizzare il proprio reparto produttivo, definendo le risorse da impiegare (materiali, macchine, persone) e i tempi entro cui completare gli ordini.
**Questa previsione si basa su diversi fattori come, ad esempio**:
la quantità di ordini già confermati o in fase di definizione;
la quantità di macchine e di personale che l’azienda ha a disposizione;
il budget di vendita o, più semplicemente, economico, stabilito dal management;
la stagionalità della domanda (se presente, in base al tipo di prodotto);
le previsioni fornite dai clienti.

**Pertanto, è necessaria**:
esperienza pregressa in ruoli simi e in contesti di provenienza correlati
Inserimento ordini clienti e ordini di produzione da piano cliente
Verifica materiali mancanti ed eventualmente richiamo materiali in C\ L da cliente
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato per interagire con le funzioni operative dei clienti
Competenze analitiche e affinità con la gestione dei numeri
Utilizzo di Excel a livello intermedio

Contratto di assunzione a tempo determinato in azienda di 1 anno con possibilità i assunzione a tempo indeterminato

**Orario di lavoro**:
full time, 40 ore settimanali dalle 8.30 alle 17.30 dal lunedì al venerdì
