**Il contesto**

Il nostro cliente è un’importante realtà in forte crescita che opera nel settore retail automotive.**Il ruolo**- Disegna ed implementa efficaci strategie di recruiting di figure new graduate/junior, experienced, senior, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze del business.
- Assicura che i processi di attraction e recruiting siano costantemente allineati agli obiettivi assegnati.
- Sviluppa un sistema di dati e KPIs, che monitora e sui quali costruisce reporting su base periodica.
- Condivide con la leadership ogni insight utile per la comprensione delle sfide del talent e individua azioni per il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti (es. potenziamento referral program).
- Cura le fasi di pre-onboarding, in collaborazione con gli HRBP, e lo sviluppo di programmi che favoriscano l’on-boarding
- Si occupa della definizione delle strategie di social communication, on-line communication, campus communication (sviluppando partnership con il mondo delle Università / Scuole di Management e Formazione).
- Definisce le ricerche da gestire internamente e quelle da affidare agli head hunter.
- Guida, motiva, supporta le persone del team nel loro sviluppo professionale.
- Partecipa attivamente a progetti di HR Transformation.

**I requisiti**
- Laurea in discipline economiche / umanistiche
- Esperienza di almeno 5 - 7 anni e responsabilità della funzione di recruiting all’interno di contesti aziendali (staffing per progetti con picchi di volumi) provenienza ICT, System Integrators, Retail (in senso allargato: da quello sanitario alle grandi metrature dedicate all’oggettistica per la casa) Società di servizi HR con divisioni RPO/ Talent Solutions.
- Capacità di comprendere i bisogni del business e di tradurli efficacemente in piani operativi.
- Elevate capacità di relazione con gli stakeholders interni.
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione e monitoraggio delle attività.
- Eccellente gestione del tempo, resilienza, capacità di attivare diversificati e mirati canali di recruiment.
- Forte sensibilità per temi di Employer Branding.
- Digital mindset e skills, con conoscenza avanzate di Office / Excel e piattaforme HCM.
- Precisione, accuratezza e attenzione ai dettagli.

Sede Milano disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
