Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di manager e director nei settori Fashion, Beauty e Lifestyle, per una realtà del mondo beauty ricerca:
**Head of Marketing**

La risorsa, riportando alla Direzione Generale, sarà il punto di riferimento per tutte le attività Go To Market, con le seguenti responsabilità:

- Coordinare il team Marketing, Trade, Media e Education con la responsabilità della strategia di sviluppo della marca sia a livello locale che globale.
- Collaborare con tutti gli altri dipartimenti (Retail, E-commerce, Business Development e Advocacy) con l’obiettivo di sviluppare un calendario globale e strategie dettagliate, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di brand e business.
- Responsabile della pianificazione e del coordinamento dei lanci di prodotti e delle strategie di ingresso sui mercati di riferimento, sia a livello on line che off line.
- Proporre e implementare idee innovative per migliorare l’efficacia delle iniziative di Go To Market.
- Gestire la strategia di sviluppo del business e della distribuzione del brand per tutti i canali online e offline, assicurando una presenza forte e competitiva in ogni mercato.
- Proporre e implementare strategie per amplificare la brand awareness a livello locale e globale, in linea con i piani e gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Condurre ricerche per identificare tendenze e esigenze dei consumatori e dei mercati di riferimento.

**Requisiti**
- Pregressa esperienza di 8-10+ anni maturata in ruoli di Marketing in contesti strutturati;
- La provenienza dal settore Beauty sarà considerata un plus;
- Capacità di problem solving, analisi, attenzione al dettaglio, e di lavorare in team;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
