Product Owner

**Description**:
**What you will do**:

- Work with Product Managers, Design team, Product Marketing team, Customer Success team, and other stakeholders to better understand our customers and make sure that our Product solves real problems;
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with the global company’s roadmap;
- **Manage the Backlog** writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to translate roadmap objectives into prioritised workable activities;
- Have **high prioritization skills** to make sure to **deliver the highest values** as early as possible;
- **Inspire your development team** on the company’s missions and goals, make sure everyone knows why features are prioritized and that they are motivated to build beautiful features for customers;
- Listening to the development team to identify technological improvements and balancing them with business priorities;
- Work closely with the development team to deepen the analysis and make sure everyone is independent in accomplishing their tasks.

**What you need**:

- Customer orientation;

- Knowledge and passion for technical topics;
- Eager to quickly learn the Company's software products and the surrounding digital environment;
- Ability to transform limits or problems into actionable proposals respecting objectives and time constraints;
- Effective at developing working relationships with all the different stakeholders;
- Good understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into functional and operational requirements;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Fluent in English.

**Experience**:

- Experience working with a Scrum team or other Agile frameworks;
- Previous experience in software delivery.
