The focus on the quality of work, careful accuracy of the products and the deep-seated value of communicating with our customers represent the key principles of the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy. We believe that working for the company involves participating in this particular philosophy that we cultivate each day, which is revealed first of all in simple and discreet, polite and direct communication, concerned with the quality of the products like the traditions, craftsmen and techniques that create them. Each boutique symbolises a window that, from Solomeo, opens onto the world and simultaneously embraces a glance towards the reality that we attend to daily, a healthy lifestyle led according to therhythm of nature. Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Sales Associate assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.

The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal appearance within the store, with a Importante Azienda that meets the standards of casual elegance of signature luxury of the brand. Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and colleagues:
group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence. The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, the trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation. Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays:
within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments.

Moreover, managing includes organised administration of the warehouse and inventory, so that the supply and availability respond to an orderly and clear criterion, in absolute support of the communication with customers and the company.

Profilo

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Retail Sector for exclusive or luxury goods, in addition to proficiency in Chinese, Italian and English. The knowledge of an other language will be considered a plus.

It is absolutely essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from all over the world and that they are passionate and keep abreast of both standards and trends in fashion.
