**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The brand communication channel role will be a key figure in building and executing the global brand communication strategy across the DTC and WHSL channels. Working within the brand team in close contact with the Global Brand Comms Manager, will oversee and manage communication projects in all their phases, coordinating input of other functions, and ensuring that all the activities are in line with brand’s positioning and business strategy. The person will be expected to be proactive in bringing innovative and impactful solutions in terms of communication and organizationally speaking, supporting the Team in improving the way of working, also activating new platforms with the goal to make everything relevant to the final consumers.**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Help Building the new way of working, giving support in building the overall brand vision and strategy, ensuring that all activities are developed with a clear process and objectives and with a holistic approach.
- Coordinating global content production, developing projects through all their phases (brand and channels vision and needs, briefing session, insights from all stakeholders, working on creative concepts for the commercial campaigns, defining deliverables, supporting in setting up the production and managing the post-production, until asset amplification on all channels involved)
- Coordinating involved functions, directly working with WHS, RTL, ECOM, CRM, PERF, AFFILIATION and LUX BANNERS, supporting in also creating the bridge with the MEDIA channels (social, pr and media).
- Managing the campaign roll-out and the D2C comms platforms, also guiding the local brand comms activation on the different territories.
- Supporting the Manager and the Brand Team to set up for success.
- Learning how to build up a great Team, with a collaborative and positive mindset.

**NETWORK OF INTERACTION**:

- **I**NT**ERNAL**:will be responsible for liaising with several internal functions, specially the DTC channels: eCommerce and retail, but also wholesale and other departments like CRM, performance Marketing, Affiliation, Luxottica banners and other internal teams to understand their needs and nurture the brand team with the specifications for campaign asset production. The role will be key to help delivering the best possible comms assets for the channels and to guarantee the end-to-end execution of the commercial and brand campaigns, working closely with the Creative Hub team.
- **EXTERNAL**:support the Comms Channel Manager on negotiating, briefing and aligning with agencies and other vendors to ensure campaign development, creative, shootings and production.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Solid experience with **brand and commercial campaign development and execution**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and Creative Mindset
- At least **4** years of experience in **Channel Communications management or Trade Marketing**:

- Solid experience in working with creative agencies
- Educational Background in **Communications, Marketing, Business Administration**

- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Italian is a plus
