Your role:
Position exists as part of Global Healthcare operation Europe HR organization to serve as HR Business Partner to Business Leaders, People Managers and Employees in Guidonia and Ivrea sites. Position will work closely with Site Leadership Team to deliver on HR agenda items aligned to business priorities. You will act as the point of contact for all people solutions and employee life cycle related topic in the site. You will partner with SLT to identify Site and business needs and translate into People Plan, in line with local labor regulations and company policy. You will ensure compliance on people and HR matters; enable, inspire and empower managers in the Site for the execution of People components within area of responsibility; provide qualified HR support to SLT to anticipate local gaps/future people requirements leveraging global and sector specific people solutions; support change management and implement People aspects related with organizational transformations to enable business success; orchestrate Succession Management process to make sure Site is equipped with robust Succession Planning and talent pipeline development for business-critical positions, with focus on diversity and inclusion; assure alignment (multi-way) and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholder groups in the matrix organization (e.g., Controlling, Business Leaders, Service Center, other Enabling Functions) and externally (Local Authorities, Consultants, Suppliers, etc.).

Who you are:

- Master or bachelor's degree in human resources management or other relevant areas
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner role in a large or mid-sized corporation, preferably with matrix reporting
- Have deep working knowledge in major HR disciplines and hands on experience of using HR tools within talent management and leadership development
- Capability to work with and influence senior stakeholders to build emotional commitment to take ownership
- Ability to leverage data for decision making, to increase the impact of HR Systems and processes & understanding of HR Analytics
- Passion for Technology & Tools, to improve Employee Experience
- Adaptability to change and support the HR and People change activities
- Curious about best practices and learns from it, to solve problems
- Effective leadership and communication skills (written, oral, listening, presentation)
- Demonstrated competence in coaching and conflict resolution
- Fluent English
