We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Operations Department **as** Demand and Inventory Planner **in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Florence - Italy.

As part of the Operations team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the following activities:

- Demand Planning
- Inventory and Supply Planning
- Planning tools key user
- Support global process Sales and Operation Planning (S&Op).

**You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role**:

- Degree in: Management Engineering, Economics OR similar.
- Minimum 1 year experience in demand and supply planning.
- Analytical mindset.
- Cross cultural awareness and ability to work with cross functional teams and different cultures.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Spanish is a nice to have.
- Advanced in MS Excel.

**Experience and knowledge NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experience in forecasting, planning and production scheduler systems (SAP, Oracle, Compass, SO99, Exceedra, Visual Fabriq ).
- FMCG company experience.
- Systems and procedures implementation experience.
- Master / advanced studies in Supply Chain / Operations.
