Per azienda italiana multinazionale, leader nel settore di riferimento e con sede in provincia di Vercelli, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di HR Business Partner che avrà la responsabilità della gestione del dipartimento commerciale con diretto riporto all'HR Director Italia.
**Responsibilities**

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Implementare i processi HR al fine di supportare gli obiettivi dell'organizzazione commerciale, seguendo le politiche e le procedure aziendali.
- Creare valore attraverso una forte partnership con i leader aziendali supportandoli nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali traducendo i piani aziendali in esecuzione operativa.
- Supportare il processo di acquisizione dei talenti, sostenere la diversità della forza lavoro, supportare la pianificazione dell'organico e l'analisi dei costi della forza lavoro.
- Supportare l'implementazione dei processi annuali di revisione salariale globale, bonus e piani di incentivi.
- Collaborare con l'organizzazione HR aziendale per guidare i processi di gestione delle prestazioni. Supportare i manager nella gestione della performance e facilitare una cultura collaborativa e ad alte prestazioni.
- Preparare e analizzare report per creare approfondimenti per i leader aziendali al fine di migliorare il coinvolgimento dei dipendenti, la gestione dei talenti e l'efficacia organizzativa.
- Mantenere un costante aggiornamento circa le metodologie di gestione delle risorse umane, sia da un punto di vista tecnologico che normativo.

**Your Profile**

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Laurea triennale o magistrale preferibilmente in Risorse umane o Economia aziendale
- 5 -7 anni di esperienza nelle risorse umane, in ruoli gestionali e preferibilmente a contatto con una popolazione commerciale
- Conoscenza del diritto del lavoro italiano
- Competenza con Microsoft Office
- Utilizzo e applicazione di sistemi e strumenti HRIS (ad esempio SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Orientamento ai risultati e focalizzazione sui valori HR
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali, di presentazione e di comunicazione, che consentono la comunicazione in tutto il mondo e a tutti i livelli all'interno dell'organizzazione.

Si richiede una limitata disponibilità di viaggio in Italia secondo necessità per supportare l'attività
