**We are looking for**:
We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with a background in process piping for our customer in Skellefteå, Sweden. This opportunity offers the possibility for an employment contract either for a couple of months or several years.

**As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will**:

- Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of process piping systems on construction projects (Brownfield).
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute the piping and mechanical equipment installation process
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of piping activities, regularly reporting progress
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that piping installations comply with project requirements and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols throughout the construction site.
Review and approve work permits, work orders, and change orders

**To succeed, you have**:

- At least junior-level experience from working as a mechanical supervisor
- Experience in welding is considered a benefit
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The right attitude to be able to grow professionally
- Fluent English skills, other language skills are considered a benefit
- Suitable education in engineering studies
