Sustainability Specialist

**Posizione**:
We are looking for Sustainability Specialist to join Alpinestars’ Quality Department.

The resource will oversee sustainability action plan and the improvement of actual ISO9001.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and monitor key impacts (water, energy, waste) and recommend solutions and targets for reductions;
- Proactively work cross functionally to review sustainability challenges and opportunities in relation to supplier behavior, employee behavior, corporate functions, service delivery and customer behavior;
- Be responsible for communicating sustainable plans, formulating budgets and marketing company green strategies to vendors, customers and colleagues;
- Ensure that the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to stay green;
- Ensure that the company remains compliant in relation to sustainability and environmental legislation, regulations, code of guidance and establish and implement a cycle of regular reviews and monitoring updates.

**Requisiti**:

- Economic or Engineering education;
- 3/4 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of a wide range of environmental legislation and best practice;
- Working knowledge of conducting social, environmental and system audits;
- Project Management skills;
- Good MS Office Knowledge;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Dynamic personality, proactivity and hands-on approach;
- Analytical and communication skills, problem solving mindset.
