Il nostro cliente è un’azienda leader a livello mondiale nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e dell'elettrificazione rurale sostenibile e attiva sia in Italia che all’estero in paesi in via di sviluppo.

Per loro siamo alla ricerca di un **HEAD OF RENEWABLES REGULATORY AFFAIRS AND INSURANCE**.

Principali **tasks e responsabilità**:

- Aggiornarsi continuamente sui** regolamenti e sui processi legati alla gestione di un impianto di produzione di energia**;
- Assicurare che l’azienda segua rigorosamente le norme e i regolamenti governativi relativi agli obiettivi e alle operazioni della stessa;
- Gestire il database della documentazione normativa e assistere i dipartimenti di Development, Construction, O&M and AM nella materia normativa e regolatoria;
- Garantire che le questioni normative e legali relative al processo di sviluppo/construction/O&M siano soddisfatte e consegnate in tempo;
- Valutare e aggiornare l’assetto assicurativo per le società del Gruppo, verificando la coerenza con le strategie di copertura delle diverse società, la situazione del mercato assicurativo e i rischi rilevati, in collaborazione con i broker assicurativi incaricati dalla capogruppo;
- Supportare il dipartimento di Asset Management nella stesura dei contratti;
- Supportare il corretto assolvimento degli obblighi amministrativi e normativi previsto negli impianti per garantire la conformità alle leggi e ai regolamenti.

**Requisiti tecnici**:

- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Laurea magistrale in discipline tecniche ed economiche;
- Pregressa conoscenza del settore Renewables o affini;
- Conoscenza delle norme e dei regolamenti locali in materia di sviluppo delle energie rinnovabili inclusi la legislazione e le linee guida in materia di energia solare/eolica e le questioni fiscali;
- Buona conoscenza della contrattualistica pubblica e privata, del codice civile e, in generale, della normativa riguardante le assicurazioni e gli organismi preposti al controllo;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua **inglese**;
- Buone capacità comunicative, flessibilità, ottime doti organizzative (project management e time management), precisione e affidabilità.
