Supervisionare e coordinare le attività del reparto raggiungendo gli obbiettivi di efficacia ed efficienza

**PRINCIPALI INCARICHI**:

- Organizzare, coordinare le attività produttive e distribuire i compiti ai diretti collaboratori in accordo con il Manager del reparto per garantire la produzione pianificata
- Contribuire/Guidare i progetti di efficientamento e trasformazione dei processi e dei metodi produttivi per introdurre tool e innovazioni nel reparto
- Supervisione il personale diretto per tutti gli aspetti di sicurezza, gestire e valutare le performance dei collaboratori, contribuire alla formulazione e all’attuazione dei piani di sviluppo volti a garantire le competenze necessarie al reparto
- Curare la parte amministrativa della produzione, principalmente riguardante la gestione degli ordini di produzione e di servizio, in relazione a ore di manodopera e materiali
- Interfacciarsi con i reparti coinvolti, soprattutto la Supply Chain Manufacturing, per programmare e facilitare l’esecuzione delle attività di reparto
- Contribuire al mantenimento e al miglioramento delle aree di lavoro e del reparto tramite l’applicazione dei basics di Miglioramento Continuo (5S, Kaizen, SIM)

**FORMAZIONE, ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE PER IL RUOLO**:
**_ Formazione-Esperienze_**_:_**:

- Laura Magistrale preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale/Industriale; Laurea Breve in Ingegneria Gestionale/Industriale almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni come capo reparto o supervisore di attività di produzione

**_ Competenze e Qualifiche:_**:

- Uso del computer del pacchetto Office Basic (Excel utente esperto)
- Esperienza nell’uso dei software: SAP e CRM Salesforce
- Attitudine a sviluppare le competenze altrui e ad agire da coach
- Capacità di analizzare e risolvere i problemi in modo metodico, ma anche con rapidità
- Naturale propensione per la semplificazione, la sintesi, la standardizzazione e il miglioramento continuo
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione senza creare contrasti; abilità nel creare una spirito di squadra
- Conoscenza del metodo DDMRP è considerato un PLUS
- Buone capacità di presentazione
- Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro sia verso i collaboratori che verso i superiori
- Praticità e predisposizione a risolvere i problemi trovando soluzioni sostenibili
