We are looking for a **Contracted Service Planner** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head Of Paintshop.

**You will**:

- Monitor the performances of contracted service supplier for maintenance, in terms of reliability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
- Monitor the performances of contracted service supplier for maintenance, in terms of quality of the product
- Attend to the meeting with the contracted service supplier in order to steer and ensure continuos improvement with tangible results
- Ensure the analysis, the engineering and the implementation of the solutions from the supplier
- Write technical specifications for purchasing of new production equipment
- Support the development and construction of equipment with Lamborghini representatives and Suppliers
- Analyse and calculate the maximum production capacities of the new equipment
- Study modifications and displacements of current installed systems
- Study improvements on current plants & equipment both intended as performance, safety and environment, as well as maintenance
- Evaluate technical offers of equipment
- Analyse and evaluate the preventive costs of new equipment
- Analyse and evaluate the preventive costs of modifications and improvements for new equipment
- Support production processes
- Support installation and start-up of equipment
- Follow up on the installation phases of equipment, in order to be sure that the activities have been organized in a structured way with all the bodies and suppliers involved, acting as interface with other Lamborghini Dept.
- Follow up of installation activities, in order to be sure of correct execution of the works under contract so that they are carried out in accordance with the rules of the technique, the executive project, the technical specification and the contract
- Analyse new production processes
- Plan equipment installation activities
- Manage company documentation and access to the company
- Manage project timing and changes during equipment construction
- Manage As-Built documents of existing equipment
- Manage documents of new equipment
- Manage all the final documentation of the installed systems/equipment once deliberated (use and maintenance manuals, certifications, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic diagrams, 3D CAD data, etc.)
- Manage Test Reports, first start-up and technical checks on new equipment
- Manage the handover process of technology to internal customers (production, process, maintenance, safety, etc.)

**About you**:

- University degree in Automation or Mechanical engineering
- 3 or more years of experience in a similar role within painting technology department in Automotive
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
- Equipment installation methodologies
- Maintenance methodologies
- Contracts and legal aspect related to safety, installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of paint shop processes
- Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software
