**Posizione**:
Garmin Italy Technologies is now boarding a Product Designer
You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player willing to actively contribute to the success of the team by providing UX/UI solutions and support in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

**What you’ll do**:
- Design UX/UI solutions for mobile (iOS/Android) and web features for Garmin marine products.
- Provide UX research support, high-level prototypes, screens and user interface assets to development teams.
- Identify and resolve usability issues through proper design tools and techniques.
- Communicate and discuss design principles, rationales and solutions to stakeholders and to multidisciplinary development teams.
- Plan and estimate UX/UI work activities and effort.
- Test UX/UI solutions and provide documentation and specifications of the work done. Work with a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities.
**Requisiti**:
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Good communication skills and be capable of documenting work in an organized manner.
- Be able to work professionally and in a positive respectful manner with all other Garmin associates.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to achieve goals and to accept and act on constructive criticism.
- Ability to share information and ideas freely and positively.
- Some experience designing screens and user interfaces.
- Desire to learn prototyping testing.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design, design thinking, usability principles and processes.
- Knowledge of and some experience documenting and specifying UX/UI solutions.
- Fluency in English.
**Bonus points if you have**:
- Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop.
- Experience with mobile and web software development.
- Knowledge and passion for on-the-water activities.
