La risorsa sarà inserita nel Legal Department (Direzione Legale) di un'azienda chimico-farmaceutica e avrà l'opportunità di sviluppare talune competenze che possano arricchire il suo background professionale in vista di una crescita futura in tale settore.

Responsabilità:
Il percorso formativo prevederà quanto segue:

- Conoscenza generale del settore regolamentato dei farmaci e dei dispositivi medici (UE e Italia) che include principi in materia di autorizzazione dei farmaci (EMA e AIFA), classificazione e rimborso dei farmaci, finanziamento e misure di contenimento della spesa, prescrizione dei farmaci;
- Conoscenza generale del ciclo di vita del farmaco (R&D, lancio, maturità, fine ciclo e genericazione);
- Conoscenza specifica dei contratti tipici delle life sciences (es., concessione di vendita, co-promozione, co-marketing, ecc);
- Supporto alla Direzione Legale attraverso ricerca giurisprudenziale su “Giustizia Amministrativa” o simili database su tematiche relative ai farmaci ai dispositivi e al diritto sanitario;
- Quanto precede anche mediante momenti di affiancamento con i membri attuali del Legal Department a rotazione;
- Momenti aggregativi del Legal Department per comprendere organizzazione e struttura di un Legal Department di una azienda farmaceutica.

REQUISITI

Titolo di studio: Laurea in Giurisprudenza (triennale/specialistica)

Conoscenze informatiche: Office (pacchetto)

Conoscenze linguistiche: Italiano, inglese, altre lingue se conosciute.
