Safety Manager

As a **Safety Manager**, your role will be pivotal in assessing, managing, and mitigating risks to the manufacturing of the critical components of flight - such as transparencies. This position requires an expert who can scrutinize our processes, technologies, and techniques to identify and manage potential risks for manufactured parts and flight safety.

You will oversee the transformation of raw materials into finished parts; playing a key role in the manufacturing of a wide array of parts while partnering with industry leaders & Aerospace OEMs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use your aerospace or EHS Expertise to analyze potential risks to critical components for flight.
- Oversee the transformation process of raw materials into finished parts with respect to safety or flight.
- Provide consistent safety reports to the safety review board, detailing potential risks, mitigation strategies, and overall safety performance.
- Ensure that all safety measures align with the organization's POE and safety policy, EU management system requirements, and other applicable safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; preferably Aerospace.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the aviation industry or in an EH&S environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing methods used in the organization.
- Excellent command of English and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience in aviation or an EH& S function is highly desirable.
