Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Associate with 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA to join our team.

What will you do?

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to
ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
Support external audit scheduling.
Handle support requests from stakeholders regarding QMS issues, GMP processes, and audit inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve
quality systems.
Handle Externals audits KPIs monitoring.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency within
the QA department and broader organization.

✍️ What do we require?

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
Advanced proficiency in English (Level C1), with the ability to communicate clearly and
effectively in both written and spoken forms.
2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of Global GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical
manufacturing.
Experience with quality systems such as document control, CAPAs, audits, and training.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate quality-related concepts to a diverse audience.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic quality management systems
(eQMS).
