We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**Junior Insight Marketing Specialist (internship).**
**THE IMPACT:
S/He support the Strategic Marketing area and provides the Corporate management with ongoing, up-to-date and reliable information on market trends and competitors, offers a tailor made ‘product’ to usher the Company best product and brand strategies.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Carry out market analysis on the Market Demand to identify and anticipate the product category trends;
- Gather information on each market to maximize strategies’ effectiveness in response to customers and consumers’ needs, contributing to the product innovation roadmap and in the of new business models;
- Monitor the sell in/sell out brand positioning of the Elica Group owned brands;
- Interpret and monitor the main competitors brand target portfolio by analyzing their qualitative/quantitative data;
- Monitor the Sell in Market Share on each Private Label and Big OEM;
- Provide methodologies and systems to the Branches in order for them to send the required data.
**Requisiti**:
- Master's degree in Marketing/Business/Data Science or equivalent
- Italian native speaker; fluent in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
- Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar activities will be considered a plus
