**VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

**Job Description**:
You will participate in a cross-divisional/functional team with product line responsibility (hydraulic brake actuation) and international exposure;
You will be actively supporting activities such as, but not limited to offer/order management, coordination of logistics & accounting;
You will perform market research, customer & data analysis;
You will have internal contacts with R&D department, quality department and so on, and external contacts with customers;
You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:Thesis student or newly graduated in Management or Mechanical Engineering or similar background;
- ** Experience and Know How**:Academic knowledge; ability to analyze and use data, and read design;
- ** Technical knowledge**: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of CAD is a plus;
- ** Personality**: Goal-orientation, team working, analytical skills, flexibility, proactivity, problem solving, willingness to take responsibilities;
- ** Language skills**: Good Level of English and Italian;
- ** Interests**: Desire to grow within a complex organization open to an international environment.
